Co-Directors

Sherry Palmer and Connie Chiles-Cooke were diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2008. They met during their chemotherapy sessions and became friends. They quickly learned they shared many similarities, each having three grown children and husbands named “Steve” who gave them unconditional love and support throughout their procedures and treatments. Connie and Sherry also realized that many women were not as fortunate to have such a great support system. Searching for a way to give back and be a friend to other women diagnosed with cancer, they discovered Breast Friends of Oregon in 2009 and with the desire to bring the programs to Florida,  Breast Friends of Florida was born.
